Observation

2c) there were 2 cords seen accessible to children. One cord to the bubble machine was seen on the floor of the main play room, near the back door on the ground. Yami removed the cord when this was pointed out. The other cord is in the cot nap room for a sound machine placed on the floor. 4e) the water temperature tested 125 degrees F. 5b) the outlet in the bathroom was seen to be GFCI but not TR. A plastic face cover was plugged into the outlet but it is removable.
